Please note that we cannot control carrier, carrier delays and are not responsible for shipping delays. We are not responsible for lost, undelivered, or delayed/returned deliveries if the address/contact information provided in the order was incorrect or incomplete. We are not responsible for import taxes, tariffs and any fees assessed by carrier and/or local government upon the recipient, particularly on orders shipped outside of USA. If your order is urgent and of time-sensitive nature, please be sure to select appropriate shipping option and we recommend adding in some extra time to ensure on-time delivery.
